Processing Time

We make all of our tallow skincare products in small batches to ensure the highest quality. Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Shipping Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 1-3 business days

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays beyond our control.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand in the future!

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. If you experience any issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for reshipping costs.

Warm Weather Shipping Notice

Our tallow-based skincare products are temperature-sensitive and may soften in warm weather. If your product arrives softened, simply place it in a cool area or refrigerate for a few minutes to restore its consistency.
