At Willow Grove, we take great pride in handcrafting small-batch tallow skincare products using the highest quality ingredients. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. However, we want you to love your purchase, so please review our policy below.
All Sales Are Final
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
We will gladly replace the item or issue store credit, depending on the situation.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you received the wrong item or your order is missing an item, please email us at willowgrovetallow@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery, and we will make it right.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If your package is missing, please check with your local post office or carrier.
Allergy Disclaimer
We use natural ingredients in our skincare products, and while they are gentle, everyone’s skin reacts differently. Please review the ingredients before purchasing, as we cannot offer refunds for skin sensitivities or allergic reactions.
